3D Guitar Configurator
Design & development · 3D product configurator, guitar manufacturer
A redesign proposal for James Tyler Guitars: an animated video hero and a real-time 3D configurator that lets customers fully customize the model (wood, finish, texture, pickguard, pickups, hardware) directly in the browser. The guitar model was modeled in Blender, then integrated and animated in real time with Three.js and GSAP. The project stayed at the desktop prototype stage: the major brand didn't move forward, and it's currently on hold with no mobile-responsive version built.

An advanced 3D configurator, built for total customization
Every tab (material, texture, finish, pickguard, pickups, controllers, neck, headstock, hardware) updates the 3D model live, with a free orbital camera and preset views, all the way to the final order of the customized model.

A video slider to tell the craftsmanship story
A dedicated advanced feature: an immersive video carousel showing the behind-the-scenes of manufacturing, grounding the 3D configurator in the brand's real craftsmanship.
